The ResiComm Certifiers team is ready to take on any type or size of building project in the Sydney metro area and regional NSW. We have experience in certification of structures such as high-rise buildings (residential and commercial, 25 metres plus and 50m+), shopping centres, schools, aged care centres, swimming pools, private residences, duplexes, fitouts and much more.

ResiComm Certifiers is headed by Principal Certifier Mariusz Para, who is also the business owner. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the building industry across commercial, industrial and residential sectors.

Mariusz Para holds a Building Surveyor Unrestricted Registration (BDC1896) under the Building and Development Certifiers Act 2018 and Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020. He also holds a NSW Builder’s Licence (210723C).

Mariusz also has tertiary qualifications in building surveying, quantity surveying, building and construction, and accessibility. He is a member of the Association of Australian Certifiers and the Master Builders Association.
